Global Health Talk 2023

Dear members and friends of the Hub,

We are delighted to welcome you to this year’s Global Health Talk on 12 – 13 June 2023 at the Umweltforum Berlin (Pufendorfstraße 11, 10249 Berlin) or virtually.

Each year, our flagship event offers opportunities for members of the Global Health Hub Germany and partners to discuss and raise relevant global health issues and engage with high-level representatives from the German Government.

From morning till late afternoon, we are dedicating our Community Day to our vibrant Hub Communities that work together on specific topic areas during the year. The Hub Communities are run and organised by our members themselves. During this part, they will thus have the opportunity to network, connect and collaborate to advance their agreed work programmes. Our Community Day is exclusively for members of the Hub Communities and will take place on-site in Berlin only.

If you are interested in joining one of our Working Groups (Hub Communities), the Community Day is a good opportunity to get an impression of their work. Only a limited number of seats is available for non-Community members. By choosing to attend a Community session, you commit to actively participating in the two-and-a-half-hour Hub Community meeting.

The second day continues with a variety of exciting formats focusing on the pressing global health issues of Global Health Financing, Climate and Health as well as Urban Health. This day is also open for everyone to attend, both on-site in Berlin and virtually.
